New Pricing: any appointments booked for dates after August 31st, 2024 will be subject to new pricing. 30 min follow up will be $75 and 45 minute $100. These are the only two pricing modifications.

NEW PATIENTS: If you are a new patient, or this is your first time seeing Dr. Gray or Laura, please book the Initial option. The meet & greet appointment is either in-person or virtual (video or phone) to have your questions answered about the clinic and the appointments offered. Meet & Greet does not include any diagnosis or treatment, but initial appointments do include your first full treatment.

RETURNING PATIENTS: If you are experiencing a new issue or it has been over 12 months since your last visit, please book a Re-Evaluation appointment to give more time during your appointment for evaluation and diagnosis.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We do not accept cancellation notifications by text message.

Missed appointments or appointments canceled less than 48 hours notice prior to the appointment time are subject to 50% of the appointment fee for the first missed or late-cancelled appointment, and subject to the full 100% fee for subsequent missed appointments or late cancellations. Please note: you are not able to claim fees for missed appointment under your extended health benefits. If you book an appointment within 48 hours of the appointment start time (essentially within our late cancellation period) this cancellation policy still stands, and you will be liable for any cancellation fees should you wish to change or cancel that appointment.
